Option 1.) The form opens in a new browser tab. Fill out this form and click on the button at the end. The PDF file will be transferred to your email program.
Option 2.) If the transfer to the mail program fails due to browser safety settings, you can save the form on your computer. From there, open it with a PDF viewer (e.g. Adobe Reader). Then the transfer to the mail program should work properly.
